Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or government-mandated exclusion list applicable in the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Taya9 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close relative of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Taya9 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We may request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accounts found to be registered by players under 21 years old will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Taya9 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Taya9 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information you provide.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Taya9 account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Notify Taya9 immediately at support@taya9.best if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Taya9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

Taya9 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to another party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Taya9 supports a range of payment methods commonly used across the Philippines, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be updated by Taya9 without prior notice.

• Deposits are generally credited within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Taya9 may place a withdrawal hold pending KYC verification or security checks.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to verification.

Taya9 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Taya9 is not responsible for any third-party charges.

All funds deposited into Taya9 are intended exclusively for gaming purposes on the platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intent to play may be treated as suspicious activity and investigated accordingly.

Bonuses and Promotions

Taya9 regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all Taya9 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after real-money funds are depleted, unless stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on Taya9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party studios. The outcome of each game is independent, random, and cannot be influenced by Taya9 or any player.

In the event of a technical failure, server interruption, or disconnection during a game round, Taya9 will apply the following policy:

• If the game result was recorded before the disconnection, the result stands and winnings are credited accordingly.
• If the result was not recorded, the wager may be voided and the stake returned, at Taya9's discretion.
• Taya9 is not responsible for internet connection failures on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct

Taya9 maintains a strict code of conduct for all users. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Taya9 platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Laundering money or using Taya9 for any illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating another player or Taya9 staff.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Taya9 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without authorization.

Taya9 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and may share account information, transaction history, and communications when legally required to do so.

Privacy and Data

Taya9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Taya9, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Taya9's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Taya9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components, though we make every reasonable effort to ensure platform stability and security.

Account Termination

Taya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request from the player themselves (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, minus any applicable fees, provided no violations are identified. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure for any reason.

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support@taya9.best. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Changes to Terms
